Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before attending our life drawing event. By participating in the life drawing session, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Age Restriction:
Life drawing sessions are only open to individuals aged 18 and above, unless otherwise specified. By attending the event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Alcoholic Beverages:
Alcoholic beverages will be served at the event. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is optional and at the discretion of each attendee. We encourage responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

3. Respectful Behaviour:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner throughout the life drawing session. All attendees shall commit to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for creative exploration during the session.

The comfort and safety of the model is of the utmost priority during the session. Attendees are not allowed to ask models for their personal contact details. Any behaviour, harassment, or any form of misconduct that makes the model or other attendees feel uncomfortable will be treated with zero tolerance and may result in immediate expulsion from the event.

4. Photography and Recording:
Photography, videography, or any form of recording during the life drawing session is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from us and the consent of all individuals present, including the model. Attendees must respect the privacy and rights of the model and of others.

5. Liability Waiver:
Attendees participate in the life drawing session at their own risk. We, the event organisers; venue; and any affiliated individuals or entities shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the event.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient attendance, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the life drawing session. Attendees will be notified promptly in such cases, and refunds or credits may be issued at our sole discretion.

For cancellations made by attendees less than 1 week and more than 24 hours before an event, no refunds will be issued. In the event a cancellation was made less than 1 week and more than 24 hours before an event, we may, at our sole discretion, offer the attendee a replacement slot to attend a subsequent life drawing event organised by Art Again.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before an event, no refunds or replacements will be provided under any circumstances. 

7. Changes to Life Drawing Terms & Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of attendees to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
