This is one of the award-winning artists' early works after he gained his masters in Fine Arts in Delhi and when he became resident artist at Wimbledon Art school in London, UK. It was displayed in one of his first international exhibitions at Galerie Martini in Hong Kong on the iconic Hollywood Road famous for its antique shops and galleries. The golds and red circles under black shadows and solitary face draw the eye, along with the Z’s and single J. G. R. Iranna’s (b. 1970) work was recently displayed at the ArtSG fair in January 2024 by a New York Art Gallery who indicated that his art work is appreciating well.
Sadly downsized and it needs a better hanging spot to do it justice.
