This vibrant oil and mixed-media painting by Jalal Abu Sarimon (Singaporean, b. 1964) has been a cornerstone of my living space since I acquired it. I first encountered Jalal’s work at a gallery showcasing Southeast Asian artists, and his dynamic use of texture and color immediately drew me in.
