Arya Pandjalu (Indonesian, b. 1976) & Sara Nuytemans (Belgian, b. 1970) are a collaborative artist duo whose practice spans sculpture, installation and multimedia works. Based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, their work explores the intersection of nature, technology and human perception, often presenting organic and artificial elements in unexpected dialogue.
Their works frequently combine natural forms with industrial materials, creating compositions that blur the boundary between the living and the constructed. Through playful yet considered interventions, they examine ideas of ecology, consumption and the shifting relationship between humans and their environment, producing works that are both visually engaging and conceptually layered.
