When I first viewed Awiki’s painting of flowers in a vase, I was thrilled by his use of beautifully thick impasto paint and had it immediately framed in an acrylic box with a carved wooden frame that fits its beauty. 

Acquired this painting about 20 years ago from Jasmine Gallery in Paragon.
