A dream of blue lotuses is what struck us with this painting. It’s part of our collection of Christine Mak’s (b. 1957, Singapore) lotus series rendered in her signature style - recognisably a Chinese painting but with a western sensibility. As always, her lotus paintings as with this one, carry a sense of joi de vivre.
