Frank Liefooghe (Belgian, b. 1945) is a Belgian painter, graphic artist, and installation artist known for colourful, figurative, and mixed-media works. A co-founder of the Ghent-based group De Nieuwe Rococo in 1967, his art often explores themes of peace, imagination, and diverse cultural influences, including projects in Africa, Russia, and Europe.
