Leng Joon Wong (b. 1947, China) is a Singapore-based artist known for his evocative watercolour paintings that document the vanishing urban landscapes and everyday life of Southeast Asia.

A graduate of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (1964), he co-founded the Singapore Watercolour Society in 1969, playing a key role in shaping the local watercolour movement. His works, often featuring bustling markets, historical architecture, and traditional kampong scenes, serve as both artistic expressions and cultural records. In 1977, he was commissioned to paint the Singapore Parliament House, and in 1980, he received the Watercolour Award from the Society of Western Artists in San Francisco. His ability to capture atmosphere and nostalgia makes him one of Singapore’s most respected watercolourists.
