Lim Tiong Ghee (Singaporean, b. 1955) is a self-taught artist celebrated for his abstract collages and paintings. A former senior graphic artist at the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation, he transitioned to art full-time after winning the UOB Painting of the Year in 1989. His works have been exhibited internationally, including in London, Munich, and Hong Kong, and are part of notable collections like the Singapore Art Museum.

Lim Tiong Ghee began his artistic journey with watercolour landscapes, capturing Singapore's streets with fluid, spontaneous brushstrokes through on-site painting. Transitioning to studio work, he shifted focus to acrylics and collage, emphasising shape, form, space, perspective, colour, and composition. Preferring abstraction, Lim flattens shapes to create minimalist depictions that evoke strong viewer responses. Abstract imagery also informs his portrayals of landscapes and tropical flowers, serving as inspiration for his rice-paper collages.
