Nazhan Fikri (Malaysian, b. 1997) is a contemporary artist whose practice focuses on abstraction inspired by nature, memory and lived experience. A graduate of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a BA in Fine Art, his work often draws from his upbringing in Johor, particularly the landscapes and textures of rubber plantations that shaped his early visual memory.

Working primarily with mixed media on canvas, Nazhan builds layered surfaces through mark-making, texture and monochromatic tonalities, exploring the relationship between material, gesture and memory. His process-based approach emphasises physical engagement with the surface, where line and texture become expressive carriers of personal and environmental history, bridging abstraction with references to nature and place.
