Rifqi Amirul Rosli (Singaporean, b. 1994) is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores liminal spaces, transition, and the relationship between people and places. Working across painting, sculpture, installation, and digital media, he examines ideas of belonging, familiarity, and the emotional associations attached to physical and imagined environments.
His sculptural works often reinterpret architectural forms associated with authority and control, using materials such as wood, plaster, wire, metal, and PVC. By opening up these structures into skeletal, lattice-like forms, Rosli makes rigid architectural spaces appear more porous and organic. His broader practice similarly considers states of suspension and transformation, reflecting on how places can shape personal identity and experience.
