Tan Leong Kheng 陈隆庆 (Singaporean, b. 1938) is an artist known for his watercolour works depicting urban and architectural scenes, particularly views of Singapore’s streets, river life, and heritage buildings. Active since the 1980s, his practice reflects a strong interest in capturing everyday city environments with clarity and atmosphere. He is a long-standing member of several local art organisations, including the Singapore Watercolour Society, and has exhibited regularly in Singapore over the course of his career.
