Terence Teo Chin Keong (Singaporean, b. 1953) is an artist celebrated for his contemporary ink paintings inspired by the forms and rhythms of nature. A graduate of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, he has developed a distinctive style that blends strong, expressive brushwork with vibrant colour to depict forests, water reflections, skies, and landscapes. Teo’s works often reflect his deep engagement with natural subjects and a sense of musicality in composition, inviting viewers to experience both visual harmony and emotional resonance in his art. Over his long career he has exhibited widely in Singapore and internationally and has been recognised with prestigious awards. In addition to his own creative practice, he has played a significant role in Singapore’s art community, serving in leadership positions and fostering the work of other artists.
