Thang Kiang How (Singaporean, b. 1946) is a self-taught painter and sculptor best known for his abstract works created with acrylic and airbrush techniques. Over his career, he has held around a dozen solo shows and participated in more than 100 group exhibitions worldwide. He served as President of the Modern Art Society Singapore (1982–1993) and Vice-President of the Federation of Art Societies Singapore (1990–1996), and has received multiple accolades, including the Public Service Medal in 1981 and awards in the UOB Painting of the Year competition.

This is an abstract art of a running horse in red. This artwork under the series of “Thriving and full of momentum” (风生水起), which meant prosperity and abundance for the collector. This item is number 2864 and it is after 2863 which is an abstract of a green dragon, and in Mandarin, it combines as  龙马精神, which means Strong and Determined Spirit.
