This painting depicts a small village scene made up of simplified, stick-like human figures. Each figure is shown carrying out everyday tasks, and the background is filled with vegetation, with trees and plants framing the scene and creating a busy, lively environment. For me, it is a gentle reminder of how much warmth and energy come from people simply living together as a community.
