Goh Beng Kwan (b.1937 in Medan, Indonesia) is a pioneer Singapore modern artist known for his distinctive approach to abstraction and collage. Goh was awarded the Cultural Medallion for Visual Arts in 1989 for his contributions to the local art scene.
