Hong Zhu An (Singaporean, b. 1955) is a Chinese-born, Singapore-based artist recognised for his paintings that combine elements of traditional Chinese art with Western artistic approaches. Trained in both Eastern and Western techniques, his practice reflects a balance between classical ink traditions and contemporary painting methods. His works often explore natural themes and lyrical landscapes, rendered with careful attention to composition, colour and atmosphere.

Through a career spanning several decades, Hong Zhu An has developed a body of work that emphasises calmness, harmony and poetic reflection. His paintings often evoke quiet natural environments and contemplative moods, demonstrating a refined sensitivity to brushwork and spatial rhythm. By bridging cultural influences and artistic traditions, he creates works that resonate with both traditional aesthetics and modern artistic sensibilities.
